On May 8, 2025, Do No Harm filed a class action lawsuit against the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for its ongoing use of race in admissions decisions. The case has been moving forward in federal court.
In the meantime, Do No Harm is still looking for eligible individuals who may be interested in (anonymously) joining the case in support of our goal to ensure that UCLA’s illegal and unfair admissions process is put to rest once and for all.
